రామగుండం పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ (CLiC2NEWS): వృత్తి నైపుణ్య‌త, శాస్త్రీయ ప‌రిశోధ‌న‌లో నిష్ణాతులు కావాల‌ని రామగుండం పోలిస్ క‌మిష‌న‌ర్ శ్రీమతి రెమా రాజేశ్వ‌రి అన్నారు. గురువారం సిసిసి నస్పూర్ గెస్ట్ హౌస్ లో మంచిర్యాల జోన్ పోలీస్ అధికారులతో సిపి సమావేశమ‌య్యారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో సబ్ డివిజన్, సర్కిల్, స్టేషన్ ల వారిగా ఏసిపిలే, సర్కిల్ ఇన్ స్పెక్టర్ మరియు ఎస్ఐలు పాల్గొన్నారు. వారి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలోని ప్రాంతాలలోని బౌగోళిక పరిస్థితి లు, నేరాలు, ఫ్యాక్టరీ లు, సంస్థలు, సమస్యలు, తదితర అంశాల‌పై స‌మావేశంలో చ‌ర్చించారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా సిపి మాట్లాడుతూ పోలీసు అధికారుల‌కు ప‌లు సూచ‌న‌లు చేశారు.
పోలీస్ శాఖలో పనిచేసే ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ రోల్ క్లారిటీ ఉండాలని.. ప్రజలు, ఒక ఫిర్యాదుదారుడు ముందుగా పోలీస్ స్టేషన్‌లో కలిసేది సబ్-ఇన్స్స్పెక్టర్ లని మాత్రమేనని, బాధతో పోలీస్ స్టేషన్‌కు వచ్చే సామన్య ప్రజలకు చట్టపరిధిలో ఏవిధంగా న్యాయం చేయగలమో అలోచించి దానికి తగ్గట్లుగా న్యాయం చేయాలన్నారు. ప్రతి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలోని సబ్-ఇన్స్స్పెక్టర్ పనితీరుపై అ ప్రాంతంలో శాంతి భద్రతలు ఆధారపడివుంటాయని పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ వేళ్ళితే న్యాయం జరుగుతుందనే నమ్మకం కలిగే విధంగా అధికారులు తమ విధులు నిర్వర్తించాలని, పోలీసులు నిర్వర్తించే ప్రతి పనిని ప్రజలు గమనిస్తారని తెలిపారు.
పోలీసు శాఖలో పనిచేసే ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి తమ పని పట్ల నిబద్ధత మరియు బాధ్యత కలిగి ఉండాలని అన్నారు. తప్పనిసరిగా స్టేషన్ పరిధిలో జరిగే నేరాలపై అవగాహన పెంచుకోవడంతో పాటు, అధికంగా జరిగే ఒకేరకమైన నేరాలకు గల కారణాలను విశ్లేషించాలి. కమ్యూనిటీ పోలీస్ సిస్టమ్ లో భాగంగా పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలో జరిగేటువంటి నేరాలు, సంఘటనల ఆధారంగా క్రైమ్ మ్యాపింగ్ చేసుకోవాలి వాటి ఆధారంగా కమ్యూనిటీ పోలీసింగ్ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి. ఉన్నత అధికారుల ఆలోచనలు,ఆదేశాలను కిందిస్తాయి లో ప్రజలకు చేరే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.
ఏదైనా చిన్న సమస్య వచ్చిన తక్షణమే స్పందించి సంఘటన స్థలం లో ప్రసెన్స్ అవ్వాల‌ని.. పరిస్థితి లను బట్టి టాక్టిపుల్ గా ప్రవర్తించాల‌న్నారు. ఏదైనా సెన్సెషన్ నేరం జరిగిందంటే 24 గంటలలో నిందితులను పట్టుకోవాలి. ప్రతి ఫైల్ లో ప్లాన్ ఆఫ్ యాక్షన్ ప్రకారం సిడి ఫైల్ పొందుపరచాలని, నేర చేదన కంటే, నేర నివారణ చాలా ముఖ్యమని తెలిపారు. ప్రోయాక్టివ్ పోలీసింగ్ పై అధి కారులు సిబ్బంది దృష్టిసారించాలని సూచించారు. కేసుసుల దర్యాప్తులో జాప్యం పనికి రాదని, సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం, నాణ్యతతో కూడిన దర్యాప్తును త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేయాలన్నారు.
మావోయిస్టు ప్రభావిత ప్రాంతాలలో ఆకస్మిక తనిఖీ లు, నాఖ బందీలు, ఏరియా డామినేషన్, కమ్యూనిటీ కాంటాక్ట్ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాల‌ని.. నిరుద్యోగ యువత శిక్షణ లు ఇప్పించి ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పించడం, జాబ్ మేళాలు, మెడికల్ క్యాంప్స్ నిర్వహించాల‌న్నారు.
సిసి కెమెరాల ఆవశ్యకతను ప్రజలకు వివరిస్తూ కమ్యూనిటీ పోలీసింగ్, నేను సైతం కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా తమ తమ ప్రాంతాల్లో కెమెరాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకునే విధంగా వారిని ప్రోత్స‌హించాల‌ని.. ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సిసి కెమెరాల పనితీరు, మెయింటైన్స్ ను ఎప్పటిక‌ప్పుడు పర్యవేక్షించాల‌న్నారు. ప్రజలకు ఎప్పుడు అందుబాటులో ఉంటూ ప్రజల మన్ననలు పొందేలాగా పని చేసి ఉత్తమ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లుగా ఎంపిక కావాల‌న్నారు.
