Diabetes diet: Healthy-eating plan
As soon as the morning dawned.. A glass of lukewarm water with freshly squeeze lemon juice.
Breakfast.. Any fresh fruit with the exception of banana, soaked prunes, a small quantity of whole wheat bread with butter and fresh milk.
Lunch..steamed or lightly cooked green vegetables, such as cauliflowers, cabbage, tomatoes, spinach, turnip, asparagus, and mushrooms, two or three whole wheat chapatis, according to apoettie and a glass of butter milk, or curd.
Mid afternoon.. A glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice
Dinner.. A large bowl of salad made up of all the raw vegetable in season. The salad may be followed by a hot course, if desired, and fresh home made cottage cheese.
Bed time.. small A glass of fresh milk.

celery, cucumbers, string, beans, onion, garlic are especially beneficial.
….. string bean pod tea is an excellent natural, substitute for insulin and highly beneficial in diabetes.
Onion and garlic have proved beneficially in reducing blood sugar in diabetes.
Jamun fruit very good medicine as a specific against diabetes because of its effect on the pancreas.
The Diabetes patients should eliminates minor worries from his daily life. He must endeavor to be more easy going and should not get unday worked up by the stress and strain of life.
