రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ‘రిపబ్లిక్ డే’ వేడుకలు ఘనంగా నిర్వహించాల్సిందే: హైకోర్టు
హైదరాబాద్ (CLiC2NEWS): గణతంత్ర దినోత్సవం అనేది చాలా ముఖ్యమైన జాతీయ పండగ అని.. ఘనంగా వేడుకలను నిర్వహించాలని హైకోర్టు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఆదేశించింది. రాష్ట్రంలో కరోనా ప్రభావం కారణంగా రాజ్భవన్లో వేడుకలు జరుపుకోవాలని కోరినట్లు.. ఈ నెల 13వ తేదీన రాజ్భవన్కు లేఖ రాశామని ప్రభుత్వం తరపు అడ్వకేట్ జనరల్ వివరణ ఇచ్చారు. ప్రభుత్వ వాదనలను విన్న న్యాయస్థానం.. రాష్ట్రంలో కారోనా వ్యాప్తి ఉన్నట్లయితే.. కొవిడ్ ఆంక్షలు ఎక్కడున్నాయో చెప్పాలని ప్రశ్నించింది. కేంద్రం జారీ చేసిన మార్గదర్శకాల మేరకు రిపబ్లిక్ డే వేడుకలు ఘనంగా జరపాలని హైకోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది.
