హైదరాబాద్ (CLiC2NEWS): గణేష్ నిమజ్జనంపై జీహెచ్ఎంసీ వేసిన రివ్వూ పిటిషన్పై హైకోర్టు అత్యవసర విచారణ చేపట్టింది. నిమజ్జనంపై తీర్పును సవరించేందుకు ఎసిజె జస్టిస్ రామచంద్రరావు, జస్టిస్ వినోద్ కుమార్తో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం నిరాకరించింది.
గణేష్ నిమజ్జనంపై గతంలో ఇచ్చిన ఉత్తర్వులను యథావిధిగా కొనసాగించాలని తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది.
గతేడాది కూడా నిమజ్జనంపై ఇచ్చిన ఉత్తర్వులను పాటించలేదని హైకోర్టు అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ఈ మేరకు జీహెచ్ఎంసీ వేసిన రివ్యూ పిటిషన్ను హైకోర్టు కొట్టివేసింది.
వినాయక నిమజ్జనంపై తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టులో జీహెచ్ఎంసీ కమిషనర్ లోకేశ్ కుమార్ ఈ ఉదయం రివ్యూ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. పరిస్థితులను అర్థం చేసుకొని తీర్పును సవరించాలని ప్రభుత్వ న్యాయవాది కోరారు. దీనిపై విచారణ చేపట్టిన కోర్టు.. పరిస్థితులు అన్నీ ప్రభుత్వం సృష్టించుకున్నవే అని వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. సమస్యను గుర్తించి పరిష్కరించాల్సిన బాధ్యత అధికారులదని.. కోర్టులది కాదని స్పష్టం చేసింది. నీటి కుంటల్లో నిమజ్జనం వీలు కాదని గతంలోనే ఎందుకు చెప్పలేదు? అని కోర్టు ప్రశ్నించింది. హైకోర్టు తీర్పు ఇచ్చాక ఇప్పుడు గుర్తించారా? అని ప్రశ్నించింది. చట్టాలను అమలు చేయాల్సిన బాధ్యత మాపై ఉందని వెల్లడించింది. చట్టాలను ఉల్లంఘిస్తారా? అమలు చేస్తారా? అనేది ప్రభుత్వం ఇష్టమని పేర్కొంది. తీర్పులో జోక్యం చేసుకొని సవరించలేమని స్పష్టం చేసింది. హుస్సేన్ సాగర్ని కాలుష్యం చేయమని చెప్పలేమని ధర్మాసనం తేల్చి చెప్పింది. పివోపి విగ్రహాల నిమజ్జనానికి ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలని ప్రభుత్వానికి సూచించింది.
